Senior Administrative and Clinical Leader
This role requires a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead and support our clinical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day front desk operations, providing leadership and hands-on support, and overseeing the daily workflow within the practice.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Has prior management/coordinator experience in a general practice
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a GP setting
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day front desk operations with professionalism and warmth
* Provide leadership and hands-on support to the clinical team
* Oversee the daily workflow within the practice
