Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A veterinary degree recognized by the New South Wales registration authority.
* A minimum of 5+ years of experience working in a 24/7 emergency and specialty care hospital.
* Demonstrated ability to successfully lead teams and drive results.
* Strategic thinking to refine and grow services.
* Management training would be beneficial.
* A commitment to teamwork, effective communication, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
