Food Service Professional

The role involves providing quality food service to our residents and assisting with the day-to-day kitchen operations & events of the village. You will be trained in and tasked with preparing and cooking meals according to set menus, cleaning and upkeep of work stations to food safety standards and working with the kitchen assistant to serve meals to residents.
About You
* You should have experience in a Café or Restaurant food operations, relevant cooking experience or a cert 4 in hospitality or commercial cookery.
* You must be able to multitask and work unsupervised, having a strong customer-service focus.
This is a permanent part-time position working 5 days per fortnight, including Friday, Sunday and every second Saturday. Some extra hours may be required occasionally.
