State marketing manager

Join Stockland as our State Marketing Manager, the senior marketing lead for our Masterplanned Communities (MPC) portfolio in Victoria. Based at our Melbourne Head Office, this role offers the chance to shape marketing strategy and performance across a diverse portfolio while building capability within a high‐performing team. You'll also enjoy getting close to communities through visiting assets and participate in quarterly strategic leadership days interstate.

• Drive marketing and customer performance for MPC across the region.
• Lead and coach a team of marketers, lifting capability and fostering a high‐performance culture.
• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and work hand in glove with sales leadership.
• Manage effective budget use and ensure best practice marketing principles are applied across projects.
• Collaborate with national teams to execute successful campaigns and local area marketing initiatives.
• Sit on the state leadership team and contribute to strategic decision‐making.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally.

• Significant experience in marketing management and strategic planning.
• Proven ability to lead complex teams and deliver performance outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of industry trends and marketing levers.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
