Role Description 
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Advisor located in Lilydale, TAS. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing customer-focused service and supporting customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing aftersales services, communicating with customers to understand their needs, coordinating with the service team to ensure timely vehicle maintenance and repairs, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience for all customers.
