About us:
The Adult Community Services Team is based in Rockhampton and Capricorn Coast and provides a service to consumers with complex mental illness in outpatient and home settings, through a range of community mental health interventions including assessment, case management, therapeutic treatment, support, consultations and referral for adults from the Rockhampton and Capricorn Coast regional area. The service works in collaboration with the adult mental health inpatient and acute care teams, and primary health, community and private sector providers to reduce symptoms of mental illness and facilitate recovery.
About the role:
The Mental Health Clinician delivers quality recovery-based care at an advanced level to people living in the community who have been diagnosed as having serious mental health conditions. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, provides discipline specific case management to consumers as well as support for carers / families. The Mental Health Clinician liaises with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders in an advocacy capacity for their consumers.

Total remuneration value of up to $132,567 p.a. is comprised of:
An hourly rate between $43.68 - $58.59 p.h. 12.75% employer superannuation contribution17.5% leave loading
