Job Description
You'll provide meaningful assessment and intervention to individuals across the lifespan, supporting a range of presentations including anxiety, depression, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and developmental disabilities. Working with both children and adults, you'll help clients build skills, independence, and confidence in their everyday lives—celebrating the small wins along the way. You'll also have the opportunity to grow your clinical toolkit, including developing your skills in psychometric and diagnostic assessment. With a varied caseload and plenty of support around you, you'll be part of a team‐oriented, multidisciplinary team – sharing ideas, swapping insights, and learning from each other.
Benefits
* Support you can count on – structured supervision and mentoring tailored to your experience (no going it alone here)
* A gentle start – a reduced caseload so you can settle in, find your rhythm, and build confidence
* Keep growing – ongoing PD, training, and learning pathways to keep things interesting
* Flexibility that works for you – WFH options and 9‐day fortnights to help balance life and work
* Feel rewarded – competitive salary, KM reimbursement, incentives, bonuses, and wellbeing perks
* Extra perks – salary packaging, novated leasing, Fitness Passport, and additional leave
* A team that has your back – supportive, collaborative, and big on open communication (no closed doors here)
* A fun, social vibe – regular catch‐ups, theme days, and celebrations (we take our work seriously... not ourselves)
* Stay connected – ongoing check‐ins, supervision, and team support so you're never left wondering
* A culture you can feel – built on collaboration, openness, and psychological safety, where it's always okay to ask questions, share ideas, and keep learning
Qualifications
* AHPRA registration as a Provisional or General Psychologist
* Experience or interest in mental health and/or disability support (NDIS experience highly regarded)
* A genuine commitment to person‐centred, ethical, evidence‐based practice
* A desire to continue learning, growing, and developing your clinical capability
* Current driver's license and registered vehicle
