Leadership Opportunity in Commercial Construction
We are seeking a motivated and experienced leader to oversee the delivery of multiple commercial projects ranging from $300k to $5m across metro Perth.
* The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Site Manager or Supervisor in commercial construction, with confidence managing multiple small-to-mid-scale projects.
* A strong understanding of construction programs, sequencing, and site coordination is essential, along with leadership qualities and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
About the Role
You will be responsible for overseeing a team delivering multiple projects concurrently, working closely with Site Managers, PMs, and CA's to guide programs, solve issues, and maintain quality, safety, and client satisfaction across all projects.
* Key responsibilities include leading the successful delivery of multiple commercial projects, supporting and mentoring delivery teams across sites, ensuring smooth coordination of trades, suppliers, and site teams, monitoring budgets, timelines, and quality standards, and working closely with Directors on strategic planning and continuous improvement.
* Maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships is also crucial.
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor in commercial construction.
* Confidence managing multiple small-to-mid-scale projects.
* Strong understanding of construction programs, sequencing, and site coordination.
* Leadership qualities with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
