The Company
Our Melbourne based client are an established, publicly listed organisation who are going through quite a bit of growth at the moment and as a result have lots of big projects taking place across their IT function.
Responsibilities
Manage and implement ITS Infrastructure projects.
Maintain and support the ongoing business-as-usual ITS environment.
Design and implement secure ITS solutions and ensure adequate measures are undertaken to protect company data.
Perform disaster recovery (DR) testing as required.
Management of assigned support calls in Helpdesk Application.
Manage external vendors and projects delivery and resources.
Design, capacity plan and assist with the selection of technology for the company's ITS Network and Voice Systems.
Your Background/Experience
Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT infrastructure & networking roles.
Certifications in Cisco - CCNP.
Extensive experience with Cisco Routers and Switches & Palo Alto firewalls.
Extensive experience with Voice Systems and infrastructure including design.
Extensive experience with wireless topography, configuration and troubleshooting.
Extensive experience with cloud solution (SaaS, IaaS, etc.).
Extensive experience with security hardware and applications (FW, IPS/IDS, Network accelerations).
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft technology stack and Microsoft Cloud services.
Strong knowledge and experience with ITS best practises (ITIL).
