Harris Lieberman Solicitors is seeking an experienced Wills and Estate Planning Solicitor to join our growing team in Wodonga in a full time capacity (Remote or Hybrid options also available). The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced legal team, providing high-quality legal advice and assistance to our clients.

Responsibilities
* Advising clients on all aspects of estate planning, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
* Assisting clients with estate administration, including obtaining probate and administering trusts.
* Liaising with clients and other legal professionals.
* Managing a busy caseload efficiently and effectively.
* Building and maintaining client relationships.
Requirements
* Previous experience in estate planning and administration.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Excellent time management skills.
* The ability to work well in a team and independently.
* A strong work ethic with a commitment to providing excellent client service.
* Intermediate to advanced computer skills in the Microsoft Suite.
* Experience with Smokeball preferred but not essential.
Remuneration will be negotiated with the successful applicant based upon qualifications and experience.
