What you'll do
* Develop the Training Knowledge Matrix (TKM), mapping existing and required training and knowledge artefacts to validated end‐to‐end business processes and role requirements. This will form the foundational blueprint for training development, delivery, and governance for Release One.
* Design curriculum scenarios informed by Change Impact Assessments (CIAs), process insights, and business criticality factors.
* Ensure strong linkage between roles, process responsibilities and training modalities, integrating learning personas to improve relevance, effectiveness, and efficiency of training.
* Collaborate with the Change Lead and Business Process Team to ensure training solutions reflect real‐world business context and operational realities.
* Contribute to training governance, quality, and alignment across functional streams.
* Support readiness activities by ensuring training outputs reflect process design, change impacts, and stakeholder needs.
About you
You're detail‐oriented, instructional‐design savvy and deeply comfortable working within complex programs of work. You can translate process and change insights into structured, relevant and engaging learning sequences that support real behavioural change.
* Experience designing training or learning content within enterprise transformation programs (ERP experience highly regarded).
* Strong understanding of curriculum design, learning pathways, and adult learning principles.
* Experience building training matrices, capability maps or learning frameworks across multi‐stream environments.
* Ability to interpret process documentation and change impact assessments and convert them into learning artefacts.
* Experience designing for different learning modalities (digital, F2F, blended).
* Excellent stakeholder engagement capability, particularly with Change, Process and SME groups.
* Strong attention to detail, structure and governance.
