Qualifications & experience
Possesses a current Agents Representative Certificate and a proven track record in Property Management or Leasing/Sales.
Minimum of 5+ years of property management experience required.
Exhibits exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a knack for interpersonal dynamics.
Demonstrates an insatiable appetite for learning and a drive for success.
Holds a valid driver's license and owns a reliable vehicle.
Must be committed to a career in Real Estate and take pride of doing this job
Ideally can speak Mandarin or Cantonese
Valid work visa acceptable for this position.
Tasks & responsibilities
Overseeing a diverse portfolio of 100 - 250 properties, adapting to your level of experience so this can be flexible
VCAT preparation and attendance
Nurturing relationships with tenants and landlords, orchestrating repairs and maintenance seamlessly.
