About The Role
We are currently searching for a Finance Administrator to join our Caval Ridge Project, which is based 20km out of Moranbah in the Bowen Basin.
The role works a 9-day fortnight and involves carrying out on-site administration functions efficiently, accurately and timely.
Key Responsibilities
Processing fortnightly employee payroll.
Creating requisitions and maintaining accounts payable workflow.
Collaborating with key suppliers on procurement queries.
Processing stationary orders, site consumables, purchase orders, uniform orders, expense claims, credit card reconciliations and ad-hoc requests.
Maintaining and updating the site digital directory and forms platform.
Supporting the travel team with ad-hoc accommodation and flight bookings.
Preparing monthly accruals and assisting with ad-hoc end-of-month tasks within required deadlines.
About You
Strong administration experience, preference for mining environment.
Experience using Microsoft Office packages.
Proficiency in JDE or equivalent business procurement system – advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Strong work ethic with a positive can-do attitude.
Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work harmoniously with people of various backgrounds.
