**About the Role**
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the life of a client with a disability at Fig Tree Pocket. You will provide support to an individual in our Lifestyle Support program. This **casual** role offers shifts from **11am to 5pm, Monday to Sunday**. Experience with restrictive practices, managing challenging behaviours, and providing dementia care is required for this position.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Day to day care (including personal care) and supervision
- Maintain & Monitor Person Centred Plans
- Facilitate client goal achievement through meaningful activities
- Maintain thorough record keeping
- Build positive relationships with clients, families and colleagues
- Advocate for client choice and control
**Skills & Experience**
- Experience working with people with disability and behaviours of concerns
- Manual Handling Experience
- An understanding of dementia care
- An unrestricted Australian driver's licence
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate
