Drillers Offsider (Assistant) | FIFO from Perth | All Levels Career Pathway
We are recruiting Drillers Offsiders across all levels, from experienced Offsiders to trainees. We are looking for motivated and hard‑working individuals that are ready for long‑term career opportunities in the drilling industry. Positions start immediately with your choice of full‑time or casual contracts.

To be considered you must have and provide
At least 6 months' experience as a Driller's Offsider, or proven industry experience that is directly transferable to drilling operations.
You must currently reside in Perth.
* HR‑B Licence
* HR‑A, willing to upgrade to HR‑B
* 4WD or willing to obtain
* First Aid or willing to obtain
* Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical
* Clean Police Record from within the last 3 months
* Australian Citizenship or Permanent Resident
A solid commitment to safety.
Mechanical aptitude, strong problem‑solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
Be physically fit and be willing to put in the hard manual labour required of an offsider.
Serious physical fitness is a must to succeed in Offsiding.
This role involves extensive manual labour, so you will need to cope and perform with the demands of the position, confined spaces, dust and other environmental challenges.
