The Role
You'll be hands-on in sales and parts, while also acting as a senior point of leadership when required.
Responsibilities
* Driving Sea-Doo & Can-Am unit sales from enquiry to delivery
* Parts sales, upselling, and customer solutions
* Delivering exceptional customer service every time
* Leading by example on the floor — work ethic, attitude, standards
* Managing day-to-day operations when management is away
* Supporting junior staff and keeping the team accountable
* Maintaining showroom, systems, and processes at a high level
This role is for someone who:
* Is hungry, reliable, and relentlessly hard-working
* Has proven experience in sales (powersports, automotive, marine or similar)
* Understands parts, accessories, and margins
* Is confident making decisions and taking responsibility
* Can lead without ego and earn respect through action
* Thrives in a fast-moving, high-standard environment
* Is organised, switched-on, and solutions-focused
* Leadership experience is a big plus — but drive, accountability, and attitude matter more than titles.
