What you'll do:
Work at the very heart of our business to support our teams with dynamic workforce planning and scheduling.
Drive the usage ofonshore resourcesandalternative delivery models as an expert in ResourceStrategy,WorkforceOperations, or ProjectManagement.

Whatwe'relooking for:
Background in Project Management, Change Management, People & Culture, or Operations is valued, with corporate experience as a bonus.
Passion for working with people and providing exceptional customer service, building a reputation as a trusted advisor.
Demonstrates personal leadership, showing proactivity, responsiveness, adaptability, and agility.
Skilled in influencing and negotiating across all staff levels, effectively asserting viewpoints.
