Job Overview:
The role of an Operations Manager is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of a retail centre. This involves overseeing day-to-day management and operations, including financial administration, lease and billing management, tenant relations, operational support, and record-keeping.
Main Responsibilities:
* Financial Administration & Reporting: Manage sales data, prepare financial reports, and handle tenant arrears
* Lease & Billing Management: Process leases, renewals, billing updates, and calculate charges
* Tenant & Vendor Relations: Address tenant inquiries, manage vendor communications, and foster positive relationships
* Operational Support: Process utility orders, handle meter readings, and support marketing initiatives
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
* Accounts Payable/Receivable experience highly regarded
* Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills
* Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and reporting
* Highly organized with strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities
