Cleaner and Equipment Operator
We are seeking a skilled Cleaner and Equipment Operator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
About the Role
* The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the store floors, walls, and other areas, ensuring a hygienic environment for customers and colleagues.
* You will also be operating various equipment and tools to perform your tasks efficiently and safely.
* This role requires strong physical fitness and the ability to lift loads between 5-10kgs.
What You'll Do
1. Complete daily tasks allocated by management, including sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays, and team room.
2. Collect trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas.
3. Work across different departments to deliver specific cleaning needs.
4. Assist customers in-store by answering questions or providing directions.
Requirements
* An ambitious mindset, a love of retail, and a passion for people.
* Physical fitness is essential for this role.
* Ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs.
* Flexibility to work in different environments, such as the shop floor, fridges, freezers, and carparks.
* Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.
