Event Coordinator
The Event Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant and bar, ensuring exceptional service standards and smooth event execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and develop tailored event plans
* Coordinate all logistical elements of events including staffing, catering, equipment, and vendor management
* Ensure the venue is set up and presented to the highest standards for each event
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar events/venue coordination role, preferably within the hospitality industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders
* Strong organisational and time management skills with a proven ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
