Commercial Operations & Hospital Liaison | Adelaide
After five years of deep R&D and regulatory work, Additive Surgical has reached a major milestone. Our products are approved, our end-to-end manufacturing facility is live, and we're now scaling commercially.
We're looking for a Commercial Operations & Hospital Liaison to support this next phase of growth. This is a commercially focused, operations-led role working across manufacturing, quality, hospitals, and distributors.
This role suits someone with
medical device and hospital experience
who enjoys coordination, problem-solving, and being close to how products actually get made and delivered. While familiarity with theatre environments is important, this is
not
a full-time clinical sales or in-theatre role.
What you'll be doing
• Supporting commercial execution as the business scales
• Coordinating orders, schedules, and internal workflows
• Liaising with hospital procurement, supply chain, and perioperative teams
• Supporting theatre workflows such as documentation and implant readiness
• Assisting with distributor onboarding, CRM, and reporting
• Working inside a regulated Australian medical device manufacturing environment
About you
• Medical device industry experience
• Hospital or theatre environment exposure
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Adelaide based and eligible to work in Australia
