About the job:
This flexible, working-from-home, casual role provides a variety of functions encompassing administrative support to the Directors, Administration Manager and team of ecologists. Experience and a passion for website design/SEO/marketing will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
* Website updates and maintenance, including assistance with SEO
* Ad hoc administration work
* Maintain our vehicle fleet
* Book accommodation for staff
* Invoicing and staff timesheet management
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in administration.
* Very high level of attention to detail.
* Highly organised with great time management.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, MS Teams, Word and Excel.
* Xero experience.
This is a casual position, 20-30 hours per week across 3-4 days however this can be adjusted for the right applicant.
