We are seeking an experienced
Trainer Assessor
to join our Tier 1 Client in the Bowen Basin.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality workplace training and assessments to site personnel, ensuring compliance with site procedures, safety requirements, and industry regulations, while working closely with maintenance teams to provide practical instruction and evaluate competence across a range of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver training and assessment in accordance with site and legislative requirements
* Conduct competency assessments and maintain accurate training records
* Provide work skill instruction to employees and contractors
* Support continuous improvement in training practices and safety outcomes
Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
* Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 (or be willing to obtain)
* Previous experience in a mining environment
