GISBORNE FOOD & WINE PTY LTD We are seeking two passionate and experienced Chef to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will be confident in preparing and presenting a variety of dishes, maintaining high kitchen standards, and contributing to menu development.

Regional Victoria location suitable for candidates seeking long-term settlement or migration sponsorship pathways (for eligible applicants). Access to fresh, local ingredients and the creative freedom to contribute to menu design. Task & responsibilities supervise kitchen operations and assist in menu planning.
Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet company expectations. Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment (in line with food safety regulations).
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff where required.
