About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and candidates.
You'll be involved in every stage of the recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Source, screen, and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and our database
* Manage candidate communications and coordinate interviews
* Maintain accurate data in our systems
* Support with job ads, candidate profiles, and reference checks
* Deliver high-quality customer service to candidates and clients
* Collaborate with the broader team to ensure a smooth recruitment process
* Stay informed about our other specialist sectors and help grow our candidate pipeline

What We're Looking For

* Experience in recruitment or a related field (resourcing, admin, or HR support)
* Experience in finance or lending – highly desirable
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* A proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
