Brand Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to drive our annual promotions activation plan from end-to-end, ensuring flawless execution and measurable results.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and project management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and executing the annual promotions activation plan, including all necessary activities and tasks, and ensuring timely delivery.
* Leading the development of tactical value plans that integrate mass and digital channels, tentpole campaigns, and events to deliver good value for money.
* Championing creative excellence by maintaining consistent brand positioning and driving distinctive breakthrough promotions that resonate with consumers.
* Acting as the primary point of contact between the Marketing teams, business stakeholders, and creative/media agencies.
* Facilitating clear communication, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment on project goals and outcomes.
* Coordinating cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, digital, and merchandising to achieve common objectives.
* Monitoring team performance, resolving delivery blockers, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
* Utilizing pricing principles to conduct, monitor, and report on test and learn frameworks.
* Overseeing project budgets, tracking spend, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
* Collecting and utilizing data and insights through regular reporting to inform decision-making and improve future performance.
