We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Specialist to join our people-focused team. As a key member of our organisational development team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our leaders on workforce planning and leadership capability development.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in transitioning from the private sector to local government and will be able to contribute to a growing, diverse community.
You will work collaboratively with our flat HR services team to provide efficient decision making and support the development of a more engaged and satisfied workforce.
Key Responsibilities
 * Partner with leaders to inform their decisions across the employee lifecycle.
 * Support leadership capability development through coaching and mentoring.
 * Collaborate with the HR services team to develop and implement organisational development initiatives.
Requirements
 * A seasoned HR professional with experience in workforce planning and leadership development.
 * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
