This role is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as an Administrative & Events Coordinator.
* We are seeking someone with experience in arts administration, event coordination, or similar operational support roles.
The Role
* Financial Administration: Process financial administration via Business Central, including invoices, purchase orders, and budget tracking.
* Event Coordination: Coordinate artist and performer travel and logistics via Stage and Screen platform.
* Project Support: Support event and project coordination for special events, performances, and exhibitions.
* Contract Management: Manage contract administration and documentation.
* Liaison: Liaise with artists, performers, contractors, and internal teams.
* Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support including document management and systems improvement.
Your Qualifications
* Experience: We require proficiency with financial systems and procurement processes.
* Organizational Skills: Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and commitment to accurate record-keeping.
