Skills
The Team Assistant (TA) will be accountable for assisting the Business Manager (BM) and the Investments Leadership Team (ILT) to ensure the Investments division operates smoothly and productively, fostering a collaborative environment. Capabilities for a successful TA include an important combination of substantive and analytical skills as well as people and cultural skills. Reporting to the BM, the TA is responsible for:
* Diary and meeting management for the ILT member(s) and the team
* Administrative support including calls and correspondence, invoices, budget expenditure and reimbursements
* Travel organisation ensuring compliance with TCorp's policy and protocols
* Documentation support including the preparation of management reports and committee papers ensuring TCorp's branding standards are adhered to
* Collating and maintaining up-to-date documentation filing systems for the team
* Providing assistance and backup for other administrative positions across TCorp during times of peak workload / leave
TCorp would like to hear from candidates with excellent planning and coordination skills, an approachable working style and genuine interest in fostering a collaborative environment within the team and with other divisions across the organisation. You will need to have a minimum of three years' experience in an administrative role (preferably within financial services), be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), demonstrate the ability to build successful business partnerships more broadly across an organisation, and have good knowledge of office procedures and administrative processes. The ability to deal with highly confidential matters in a sensitive manner and a willingness to take on new responsibilities within the capacity of the role is essential.
