Site Administrator - Mt Carlton


Macmahon is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to support the recommencement of operations at Mt Carlton mine. Located approximately two hours south of Townsville, Mt Carlton is a gold silver operation preparing to transition from care and maintenance back into production. This restart presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the establishment of safe, efficient and sustainable operational practices from the outset.

This position operates on a 5 Days On / 2 Days Off roster, DIDO only.

About The Role

* Coordinate daily site administration including travel, accommodation and roster updates.
* Manage visitor and contractor onboarding, inductions and compliance checks.
* Maintain accurate records, registers and document control for site operations.
* Support payroll processes including timesheet entry, verification and reporting.
* Assist with purchase orders, invoices and site procurement activities.
* Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports for site leadership.
* Provide general office support, filing, communications and data management.
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless site operations.

About You

* Previous experience as a Site Administrator or similar role (mining or resources highly desirable).
* Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and data entry accuracy.
* Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage competing deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem solving.
* Friendly, approachable and able to build positive relationships across site.
