Project Delivery Specialist
As a seasoned Project Delivery Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects that drive significant value and risk for our esteemed clients.
* You will act as a trusted advocate for customers, establishing their needs and delivering exceptional experiences by resolving issues and guaranteeing quality and timeliness.
* With a deep understanding of customer business contexts and project impacts on successful outcomes, you will lead end-to-end planning and delivery of medium-sized projects.
* You will foster strong, proactive relationships with customers across owned contracts, providing expert guidance and support to Project Management Professionals assigned to projects.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within networking/infrastructure projects is essential. Relevant certifications such as Prince2, APMP, ITIL qualification, or Risk Management Qualification are mandatory. Prior experience working with global enterprise customers and managing end-to-end project delivery is required. Significant experience leading complex projects with varying timeframes, combined with high levels of business, customer management, and commercial acumen, are necessary. Understanding and experience of ITIL functions are also required. Experience in delivering Cisco ISE, Cloud, AWS, and Azure projects is highly desirable. Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a customer champion, establishing customer needs and delivering brilliant experiences by resolving customer issues and ensuring quality and timeliness.
2. Understand the customer business context and the impacts of projects on successful business outcomes.
3. Accountable for leading end-to-end planning and delivery of medium-sized projects that represent significant benefit and/or risk to customers throughout the lifecycle.
4. Build and maintain strong, proactive customer service relationships across 'owned' contracts for project delivery.
5. Support and mentor Project Management Professionals assigned to projects to upskill knowledge and experience.
6. Manage escalations and work allocation, coordinate and manage work packages of Project Management Professionals.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within networking/infrastructure projects.
