CJD Equipment is on the lookout for a proactive State Administration Manager to join our Brisbane Branch, QLD.
Job Responsibilities:
* Lead and support a capable admin team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Oversee end-to-end bookkeeping, including reconciliations, invoicing, debt collection, and reporting.
* Manage equipment sales processing and ensure seamless financial operations.
* Deliver high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders.
* Partner with the National Finance team and Financial Controller to align strategy and execution.
* Ensure reception and front-of-house services are professional and welcoming.
* Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.
* Provide timely financial insights and reports to support decision-making.
* Support compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
About You:
* Proven experience in admin/finance leadership, ideally in capital equipment, automotive, or similar industries.
* Strong Excel and analytical skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
* A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to influence and inspire.
* Bookkeeping qualifications (desirable but not essential).
* A down-to-earth, team-first mindset.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
