About the Role
This is more than a maintenance role — you’ll be central to ensuring our production runs smoothly while supporting improvements across the plant. You’ll troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance our injection moulding cells, and contribute to building the skills of the Afternoon Shift team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnosing and repairing equipment to minimise downtime
- Performing preventative maintenance and inspections
- Supporting machine set-ups and robotic applications
- Driving continuous improvement and plant upgrade projects
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Coaching and guiding team members, with potential to step into leadership
About You
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation
- Background in plastics manufacturing, packaging, or robotics (preferred, but training provided)
- Robust problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Leadership potential with interest in progressing to Team Leader
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
