About Our Client
Peabody is a leading global coal producer focused on safe, efficient and responsible mining. The Coppabella Mine is a well-established operation in the Bowen Basin, offering a supportive site-based team environment and strong operational standards.
What You Will Be Doing
Working within the production team, your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and distributing daily production reports
* Providing production support and coordination across site
* Assisting with payroll processing and related administrative tasks
* Delivering general administrative support to the production department
* Supporting safety and compliance reporting and documentation
* Liaising with site stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and data integrity
What You Will Need
* Previous experience in an administration or production support role
* Strong data entry, reporting and organisational skills
* High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
* Strong communication skills and a safety-focused mindset
