Senior Team Leader Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Team Leader to join our team, responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to deliver high-quality child protection services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and management to ensure delivery of quality services in accordance with legislation and practice guidelines.
* Allocate and prioritise work tasks in accordance with departmental policy and statutory responsibilities.
* Develop service responses to meet the needs of clients, including children, young people, families and communities.
* Identify training needs and collaborate with training specialists to develop programs that support quality service delivery.
* Foster a culture of frontline service delivery, cooperation and team work.
* Actively participate in quality assurance reviews and provide authoritative advice on complex casework matters.
Mandatory Requirements:
* Possession of a degree or equivalent qualification in accordance with CSO Qualification Requirements.
* Hold a blue card administered by the Queensland Public Safety Business Agency.
* Hold a current Australian driver's licence.
