Workshop Based Hydraulic Fitter Mon - Fri day shift workshop based Casual start with view to permanent Immediate starts available Work across a wide variety of hydraulic work Kewdale, Perth Location The Company Our client is one of the largest independent fluid power solution providers in Australia. A one-source provider, supplying high-quality hydraulic, pneumatic, filtration, lubrication and electronic products. You will be involved in, but not limited to: ● Complete all documentation and tasks in line with policies and procedures of the Company Quality Management System ● Dismantle fluid power components for assessment and determine which parts are required to be repaired. ● Rebuild hydraulic components when parts are available as to manufacturer specifications where possible ● Repair damaged parts back to as-new condition when required ● Hydraulic test component as to customers machine requirements where known, or as to design specifications where known ● Maintains quality, efficiency and productivity levels ● Ability to mentor and teach team members To be successful, you will have: ●Trade Certificate - Mechanical Fitter ●Working knowledge of hydraulic parts and products ● Ability to interpret manufacturers overhaul manuals, spare parts details and instructions for component rebuild ● Capable in the use of Google Apps, Microsoft Office Word and Excel. ● Post Trade Certificate qualifications and training in pneumatics, hydraulics and welding would be favored ● Computer literate in the use of Netsuite operating system On Offer: Payrate: $56/hr Casual plus OT Super (Casual 6 months view to perm) Hours: Mon - Fri - 7am - 3:30pm (Some Saturday work if required.
