Support Head Chef when not present, ensuring flawless service.
Take charge of shifts, mentor the team, keep kitchen standards razor-sharp.
Inspire crew with expertise and a can-do attitude, ensuring every plate is a work of art.
Requirements
Hands-on role, manual handling and lifting – safe and efficient task performance required.
Solid experience as Sous Chef in a high-volume pub or similar setting.
Up-to-date cooking credentials and food safety certifications.
Natural-born leader who commands respect with skills and a cool-headed approach.
Passion for creating delicious food that keeps people coming back.
