Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Client and Field Manager - NDIS located in the Greater Sydney Area, with some work from home acceptable. The Client and Field Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing field operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves regular communication with clients, managing customer experiences, and supporting their needs to enhance their independence and quality of life.
Qualifications

* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and responsibly in a hybrid environment
* Understanding of NDIS and experience with disability support services is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field is desirable
