Access Canberra's Licensing and Registrations Branch is seeking a highly motivated Project Officer. Access Canberra is all about giving people easy access to ACT Government regulatory services, payments and information while offering great customer experience. The Licensing and Registrations branch process applications for new licences, registrations and permits on behalf of the Commissioner for Fair Trading. This position is tied to supporting team engagement for the development of new fit-for-purpose software that allows us to effectively deliver regulatory services. You don't need to be a subject matter expert for the broad variety of services we deliver, but it will be with your project support and expertise that we're able to ensure our business needs are documented. As a Project Officer in this space, you'll be responsible for keeping out governance material accurate, accessible and contemporaneous for the duration of this project.
