YOUR ROLE
You'll be the momentum behind our marketing and internal communications—crafting content, keeping our brand sharp, and supporting meaningful engagement across the firm.
* Plan and coordinate marketing events that showcase our brand and deepen client connections.
* Create engaging, informative, and brand‑aligned content for our website, social channels, newsletters, and client communications.
* Design and update marketing materials (brochures, banners, presentations) to a consistently high standard.
* Lead internal communications—share company updates, celebrate team achievements, and keep everyone in the loop via newsletters, announcements, and other channels.
* Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver consistent, high‑quality marketing output.
* Maintain and update the firm's website and social media accounts, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and on‑brand delivery.
* Monitor and report on marketing performance using analytics tools; translate insights into clear recommendations.
* Support CRM data hygiene activities (updates, duplications, merges) to improve campaign effectiveness.
* Maintain inventory of marketing materials and manage timely reorders.
YOUR WINNING FORMULA
* 2–3 years' experience in a similar role.
* Professional communication skills—both written and verbal.
* Hands‑on experience with HubSpot (highly regarded) and CRM data hygiene practices.
* Strong Adobe Creative Suite capability to produce high‑quality design assets.
* Confident copywriting with the ability to tailor tone of voice across the brand.
* Experience creating engaging social content, including photography and video.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* A collaborative approach—comfortable working across diverse internal teams.
* Curiosity and initiative—always thinking ahead and spotting opportunities.
