Reception Manager – World Gym Rockhampton
You will contribute to the success of World Gym Rockhampton.It will be a very hands-on role and will see you partaking in all levels of customer service.
The role involves managing a team of energetic reception staff, being a positive example of great customer service and putting our members first. You'll be managing front of house, training staff on processes and working closely with Club Manager on overall success including retail targets. Experience in similar role is preferred.
This position involves:
* Ensure the club is clean and all equipment is maintained
* Overseeing and working within the reception team to achieve KPIs
* Reporting to the Club Manager
* Administration duties
* Follow up of overdue accounts
* Complete and follow up club to club transfers
What we are looking for:
* Must have experience in leadership.
* Experience in managing a big team.
* Ability to cope with a high volume of work.
* Understanding of systems and processes.
* Previous fitness industry experience desirable.
* A passion for health and fitness.
* Enjoys working in a fun and fast paced environment.
* Must be available to work every second Saturday.
* Able to close and open the club as required.
