We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our retail team at our outlet store.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and have a passion for selling premium products.
* Provide excellent customer service through meaningful interactions with customers.
* Sell premium products by highlighting features, benefits, and care instructions.
* Maintain a visually appealing stock display.
* Process and replenish stock according to company standards.
* Achieve sales goals through consultation, service, visuals, and brand inspiration.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic knowledge of sales and customer service principles.
* Physical ability to lift up to 25kg.
