Join our Quality Assurance team and play a key role in maintaining a compliant, standardized, and efficient document management system across the program. This is a hands-on role that ensures all controlled documents—policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, and records—are created, reviewed, and archived in line with ISO ****:**** standards.
About the Role
Administer and maintain the program's document management system.
Manage the central document library, ensuring version control and accessibility.
Standardize documents across departments using consistent templates and naming conventions.
Review submissions for accuracy and formatting, archive outdated documents, and maintain version history.
Support audits by ensuring documentation is complete and easily accessible.
Collaborate with stakeholders to provide guidance on document structure and compliance.
Drive continuous improvement in document control processes.
What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with multiple departments.
Confidence in decision-making and adaptability in communication styles.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro and SAP Document Library (preferred but not essential).
Qualifications
Certificate III in Business or higher (Records and Information Management) desirable.
Equivalent experience in document control or business administration.
Current driver's license.
Additional Requirements
Ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 Department of Defense Security Clearance (or equivalent).
