Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team and provide high-quality reception and administrative support.
This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of services, supporting clients, families, and visitors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a professional, high-quality reception service, including answering phones, handling enquiries, and greeting clients, families, and visitors.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
* Providing general administrative support, inclusive of printing, photocopying, quality controlling documents, correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Taking accurate meeting minutes and providing drafts for meeting organisers' approval.
* Assisting clinical and community services staff with client-related tasks, such as SMS reminders, appointment scheduling, enquiries, and referrals.
* Coordinating the ordering, supply, and distribution of stationery, office equipment, and consumable items efficiently.
To be successful in this role, applicants should have:
* A qualification in Business Administration or a minimum of two years' experience in a similar field.
* Proven experience across a broad range of administration and office procedures, with advanced computer literacy.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail in grammar and spelling.
* The ability to process complex information with a trauma-informed approach.
* Ability to maintain strict privacy and confidentiality in line with organisational policies.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
