Requirements: Minimal technical experience, though have strong attributes in being proactive and identifying issues (problem-solving) Analysing and proposing solutions Clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders Flexible in changing priorities and tasks (adaptable) Takes initiative and possesses strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork Exhibits reliability by consistently meeting deadlines whilst maintaining ethical conduct We are seeking someone who not only can perform the tasks competently but is well-rounded and enhances the overall efficiency and effectiveness within the stream. Duties: Provide efficient and high standards of customer service to the clients customers. Undertaking travel bookings including flights, accommodation, charters, ferries and car hire within required time frames. Effectively monitor and manage internal and external correspondence, incoming and outgoing telephone calls and ensure responses are provided within required time frames. Willingness to work within a fast-paced environment with KPI’s and mechanisms to measure and monitor performance. Ability to connect with industry, local suppliers and internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and effective delivery of services. Demonstrate professionalism and be a positive contributor to a great team and culture while being prepared to perform recurring work. Be dedicated to customer satisfaction, and within boundaries, develop an outcome which achieves both customer and business objectives. Ensure high standards and accuracy when compiling documents and reports or updating records and information systems (i.e. in Ellipse and Microsoft Office). Demonstrate initiative and be a team player by appropriately handling enquiries to senior staff in their absence within expected timeframes. Develop and maintain procedures, manuals and registers while being a contributor to improving existing procedures.
