An exciting opportunity is available for a Procurement Analyst (Energy & Property Services) to be part of our procurement team. Our Procurement Analysts play an important role in creating value for the business by supporting the Portfolio Team in conducting procurement activities.

**About the Opportunity
As a procurement analyst, you will be closely involved in the sourcing of goods and services by providing analytical insights in the development of category strategies and executing sourcing events to reduce total costs, whilst ensuring value for money and high levels of stakeholder satisfaction and compliance with Procurement Policies, Standards and Processes.
Your main responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Support the portfolio team across spend categories including Energy, Waste, Cleaning, Security, Cash in Transit and R&M.
- Support the development of sourcing objectives and requirements while developing the commercial and qualitative strategies to carry out RFPs with suppliers.
- Evaluating supplier responses to sourcing events, including quantitative analysis of costs, and presenting comparative results in a simplified manner.
- Presenting key findings to senior stakeholders within the business including discussing the assumptions for the data provided.
- Working with complex data sets to formulate meaningful business insights.

You are a self-driven individual with a passion for continuous improvement and have our Woolworths values, such as always doing the right thing, consistently caring for one another and always having the customer first. You will have experience in similar analyst roles in energy, procurement or commercial teams. Due to your previous experience, you have proven analytical skills in cost modelling and financial analysis.
Working in a fast paced environment and dealing with multiple stakeholders has no secret for you You enjoy transforming complex and mindful data into simple and concise presentations and enjoy presenting to a wide range of audiences for a variety of purposes You will have a basic understanding of collaboration software tools such as Google Suite, Jira, Jam Board.
