Digital Communications Consultant
As a Digital Communications Consultant, you will shape and deliver the entity's digital presence, influencing how vital information and services are delivered to the WA community.
Responsibilities
Provide expert advice on digital content and channels, including websites, social media, and Electronic Direct Mail (EDMs).
Curate, review, audit, and maintain digital content to meet business objectives and customer needs.
Advocate for opportunities to deliver communications efficiently via digital channels.
Strategize communication for channel-specific content and messaging.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop compelling content for promotion of information and services.
Research and stay abreast of digital industry trends, advising on applicability to enhance channels.
Review, audit, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven effective communication skills, curating and delivering tailored communications for specific channels and audiences.
Strong demonstrable understanding of digital platforms, including websites, intranets, and social media.
Ability to initiate and facilitate conversations, championing proactive digital service delivery.
Desirable Skills
Experience in social media advertising management.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite tools.
Knowledge of key principles such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO), accessibility, user experience (UX), and customer experience (CX).
