YOUR ROLE
As a KEY player in this winning General Insurance team (being led and mentored by some of Australia's top insurance law partners), you will love advising top insurers, re-insurers and corporates on intellectually stimulating +interesting large/ complex claims. Key areas of focus:
* Professional Indemnity (financial lines- eg accountants, insolvency practitioners, financial planners, valuers, estate agents, insurance/business brokers), engineers/building consultants, allied health pros etc.
* Directors & Officers- management liability, employment practices liability, cyber liability
* General liability – public liability, product Liability,

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
* have 4+ years' insurance law experience (up to Senior Associate level) including in financial lines professional indemnity/directors+ officers management liability;
* have strong research/technical/drafting legal+ advocacy skills+ a strong commercial acumen+ ability to provide practical relevant advice;
* have proven ability to manage client relationships;
