About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Lawyer to provide legal advice to our internal stakeholders on various matters including commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, marketing, sales and distribution, intellectual property, research and innovation ventures, sustainability, property law, employment law, and risk management.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of post-qualification experience, a Bachelor of Laws and admission to practice in an Australian State or Territory. Previous experience in ASX-listed environments is highly desirable.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on a range of commercial and operational matters.
* Draft, review and negotiate contracts across the business.
* Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
