We are seeking a senior professional in Western Australia to lead a high-performing multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will support performance against key performance indicators and operational targets.
The Job:
* Lead a high-performing multidisciplinary team (4-5 consultants)
* Support performance against KPIs & operational targets
* Manage key customer accounts & build robust stakeholder relationships
* Oversee service quality, workflows & reporting standards
* Coach, mentor & support onboarding/PD across the team
* Maintain a reduced caseload, modelling best-practice on your own files
* Contribute to new service offerings in WA & collaborate on national projects
* Engage clients across RTW, injury management & prevention programs, perform discipline-specific assessments

The Perfect Candidate:
* AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Psychologist, Chiropractor or Registered Nurse; ESSA-accredited EP or ASORC-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor
* 3+ years' in Workplace Rehabilitation or Injury Management experience - perfect for an established leader or Senior Rehabilitation Consultant looking for the next step
* Proven leadership (recruitment, induction, mentoring) & excellent organisational skills
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder & account management skills
* Bright, motivated & committed to positive outcomes in Workplace Health
